The GRI is the most widely recognized
realtor designation. It endorses a high level
of commitment thru classroom education in
contract law, professional standards, sales,
marketing, finance and risk education.
The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)
designation is the ONLY program specifically
designed to serve senior property owners. It
demonstrates knowledge, expertise and trust-
worthiness to counsel senior clients through
the major financial lifestyle transitions
involved in relocation, refinancing or selling.

CAREER HISTORY
Since joining the Team as a receptionist in 2006, Ann has quickly moved thru the rankings with strong organizational and people skills to become Operations Manager and Executive Assistant. Her duties include, among many others, coordinating the needs of Team Stimpson's real estate agents, supporting real estate transaction needs and serving as Michelle Stimpson's Executive Assistant.
Ann has the ability to keep Michelle's fast-paced team running efficiently. Her calm demeanor allows her to assess each individual need while taking the necessary steps to keep everyone on the same page with a high-level of accuracy. Ann has always loved her job, enjoys helping customers and is very excited about the bright future of Team Stimpson.
