Jeff's experience in the real estate, home building and commercial development business spans over two decades. Through an array of career experiences, it was a strong work ethic and atomic-like energy that propelled him up the corporate ladder and into entrepreneurial opportunity. With resilient determination and an iron clad will Jeff had the courageous foresight to take his "someday" vision and make it a "right now" reality. Jeff is a licensed Realtor, General Contractor for the state of Wisconsin. He is a visionary extraordinaire! His ability to get colleagues and clients excited about what could be contributes to finding creative ways to "make it happen".

His secret to success? Failure is not an option and the belief that some of life's most valuable lessons come from our greatest disappointments. Jeff's cardinal rule is as simple as the golden rule - "Do unto others as you would have done unto you". These basic principles have served as a conduit to transforming one man's vision into a multi-faceted corporation offering expertise and experience in Custom Home Building, Land and Commercial Development, Property Management and Real Estate.

Jeff's leadership qualities are best expressed through accomplishments of the people that make up the Lexington Homes family. In 2007 Lexington Homes was named the largest home builder in the Green Bay/Fox Valley area.
