An award-winning real estate agent and Green Bay native, Michelle Stimpson is the area's most-experienced, top-producing real estate professional.

Winner of Coldwell Banker - The Real Estate Group's "2008 and 2009 Top Producer" designation, Michelle provides clients nearly 15 years of hands-on real estate experience. With a reputation for being passionate about her client's desires and for being a forward-thinking entrepreneur, Michelle has assembled a powerful team of real estate professionals with one common goal - to provide a higher level of service and success by employing a true team philosophy.

Michelle's career began early by becoming one of the youngest real estate agents licensed in Wisconsin. She quickly moved thru the rankings and established herself as a successful real estate professional. Soon after, Michelle created a strong bond with Jeff Marlow, establishing Lexington Homes and Legacy Estate Homes. This enabled her to fine-tune her knowledge of the real estate market and become specialized in custom-built homes, vacation homes and condominiums. Now Vice President of this multi-million dollar operation, she knows first-hand how to perform in the toughest real estate markets and maintains a "hands-on" approach.

Most recently, Michelle has brought her real estate insight to clients thru a revolutionary real estate concept, Team Stimpson. Michelle's unique vision has assembled a team of professionals who work together on your behalf, bringing a level of service and expertise that cannot be achieved by a single agent. When she's not leading Team Stimpson, Michelle raises her two sons with her husband in the Green Bay area. Active in the community, Michelle dedicates her time to numerous causes, including "Survivor's Hope", an outreach she created for parents who have lost infant children and currently sits on the board for the Green Bay area March of Dimes.
