Our Listing Philosophy
To price the home accurately in all circumstances. We do not believe in taking overpriced listings, especially in markets where the true comp prices differ significantly. As a team unit, we will consistently monitor the market and the price of the property. In the initial pricing of a home, we will price it within the comps and not allow the sellers debt or “wanting price” to dictate the value. We cannot sell listings that we do not believe in. We cannot start a listing that we believe is overpriced. We believe that these activities not only set our team up for failure and expense, but ultimately leads to a negative experience for all.
Our Buyer Philosophy
To work wholly with individuals that are as dedicated to us as we are to them. If it is not a team listing, you should only be showing them houses if you have a buyer’s contract that ensures you payment for your time. Buyer’s Agency agreements are a must.
