I didn't realize at the closing (and, probably cause I was much too excited at that point) that I wasn't actually going to really 'see' you again, so I wanted to say how much I appreciated working with you and not allowing myself to just "settle" on just anything. ;)  As a matter of fact, the day that we closed, I coincidentally gave out your name to 2 people that were talking about possibly selling their house.
